Direct Support Professional

We are looking for kind, fun and motivated people to join our growing team. Live life and explore California as you develop a mutually beneficial relationship with others and your community. Experience is a plus, but all we ask of our new employees is that they are able to show up and care. The rest can be learned! We support people with developmental disabilities who choose to live in their own home surrounded by supporters and allies.

The position would potentially include hours for both SLS (Supported Living Services) and IHSS (In Home Support Services).

SLS will support clients with responsibilities including: medication management, daily living skills, accessing the community, supported communication, behavior management, and documentation.

Please be approved to work as an IHSS worker or willing to follow through with orientation and hiring process.

Services are provided in the person's home and community. Services offer individual opportunities to increase independence, confidence and quality of life.

You will need to pass a background check, be able to obtain CPR & First Aid certification and willing to participate in ongoing education. Due to the nature of the job, we need dependable, punctual, and intuitive support staff with reliable transportation.
